₹5,000 for cooler rooms (one month rent + deposit on move-in) and ₹8,000 for AC rooms (two months rent in advance). Twin-sharing terms are shared on request.
Is parking available?
Yes — open parking for both cars and scooters on the premises.
How do I book a room?

What is the notice period to vacate?
A minimum of 15 days' notice applies on both sides. If notice is shorter, 15 days' rent is payable. The security deposit is refunded after settling any dues; if you leave within 3 months, ₹1,000 is deducted.
How are electricity charges handled?
Electricity for your room is billed by meter at ₹12 per unit. In a double-sharing room the metered charge is split between occupants. WiFi, power backup, RO water and common-area electricity are included in the rent.
Is there a minimum stay or agreement?
The rent package runs for an initial 11 months and is reviewed thereafter. A valid photo ID and a short information form are required at check-in, and the deposit plus advance rent is payable on or before move-in.
What are the house rules?
It's a quiet, respectful home: no smoking, alcohol parties, or pan/gutka on the premises. One free room cleaning is included each month; extra cleaning is ₹150 per visit (minimum 7-day gap), with all supplies provided.
